Still no idea what the rumoured development from last week is ?
Omar Berrada jumping ship, knowing we are guilty, but he had nothing to do with it and is going straight now.

Top buzz when we won his silly little competition.Ceferin is a sly bastard. After we were found to have done nothing wrong by CAS he was ringing Kaldoon saying no hard feelings and City were a valuable member of the UEFA family. Proper smiling assassin turn around and he'll stab you in the back.
Absolutely. I don’t worry at all about poor journos who will write anything to get clicks. The journos themselves don’t take the issues seriously, so why should we.?Why would they give a shit about the nonsense being written by shit journalists and pundits? The only people who believe it are rival fans who would hate us anyway no matter what.
It's a free country and people can write what they want. They're increasingly just screaming into the void though.
City will just carry on winning everything, treble winners, going for 4 PL trophies in a row, posting record revenues and profits, an increasing number of supporters around the world, etc...
It's City fans that need to stop giving a shit about what is written.
“And the Twats champions of 2035 are City”Really?
Alongside the Spanish twats, German twats, Italian twats and, the biggest twats of them all....
arsenal, trafford, redscouse, levy's.
Don't think we need to join anything new with those fuckers.
We got in there before the drawbridge was pulled up behind us so they have had to try other methods to fuck us over.Because FFP/PSR has done to them, what it was supposed to have done to us
What am I missing? We took Ceferin and UEFA to CAS and we won. Why would the words of Ceferin represent anything more than the words of a sore loser? The highest court in Europe for sport has already ruled in our favor. His opinion is not only parochial but lacks any validity. But somehow him saying he thinks we were guilty is treated like some big revelation by the press and these mutts on social media. It's outright comical. There's not an ounce of common sense being applied and it's deliberate. No doubt someone will say relax and ignore it and it will all be fine. But I agree, this Terry guy is almost as bad as Goldbridge, both rags(though I suspect Terry is a real United fan) who probably have no connection to Manchester/Trafford making most of their clicks from bashing City. Both taking things too far with what they are saying/putting in their video titles. They'll directly reference people like Simon Jordan and Nick Harris too and like it or not, it is a factor in the increasing level of hysteria and fume directed towards City and City fans. Some are only seeing half of the picture in that respect, ie how City fans are reacting to the onslaughts.
Just from what I watched there, before clicking off in disgust, he's taken Čeferin out of context and has suggested he's said what he has not. I don't think saying 'I'm paraphrasing here' before saying something incorrect, is much of a defence, legally, but will he be held to account? Will they take as little action as getting his video pulled, possibly resulting in a strike against his channel for misinformation? No, because the club are too soft and perhaps we as a fanbase are too laid back(I have reported that video for misinformation on two counts, title and the quote he 'paraphrased'), or at least too reasonable compared to Liverpool and United fans.. Maybe even Newcastle fans, judging by how light they are getting off, considering how many boxes their ownership ticks. I've nothing against Newcastle but it's worse, lets just tell it how it is, directly owned by a state and much worse one than the UAE from a moral standpoint.
Of course it makes financial sense.Observing the money to be made, I’ve decided to become a ‘City Basher’.
I’ve enjoyed my time as a City fan, but the financial reward is too great to resist.
All I can see in the PL rules we've been charged under is a requirement to provide accurate, true and fair accounts, prepared to recognised accounting standards and audited. In fact the current handbook doesn't even specify that, just prepared in line with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.Nope. The true amount from the point of view of the audited accounts is the amount in the contract between the two parties, as long as it is at fair value, the one party has provided services to the value of the contract and the other party has paid in full. How the paying party is funded, is irrelevant to the accounts in my view.
The only reason this is an issue is because of the PL rules. The annual accounts don't have to take the PL rules into account.
Don't get me wrong, the allegations can meet the legal definition of fraud, but imho the accounts give a true and fair view just as they are. And the alleged misstatement of the accounts is the most serious allegation by a long way.
All in my opinion as an accountant, not a lawyer, so I am quite happy to be blasted again.
Never stopped David Conn sitting on those two horses with one arse.Observing the money to be made, I’ve decided to become a ‘City Basher’.
