If for no other reason that any evidence of such a fraud, in the very unlikely case that it ever happened, would be at ADUG, Etihad and Etisalat, not at MCFC, and I am pretty sure the club has kept the Pandora's box of external evidence tightly closed away from the investigation. Which is why the PL are so pissed.

Exactly. And if they do find us guilty, they’ll also be saying executives at those companies committed perjury.

These aren’t things you do lightly.

That Said FFP was and is a crock of shit, even if the club who now benefits from it the most is now us as we have reached the top.

I believe changes will have to come now and Newcastle have the most to gain from ones that allow more spending. An announcement that the Barcodes are making a legal challenge to FFP coming soon you saw it here 1st.
