PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

Thing that's always got me is you have a fit and proper test for new owners/ potential buyers of clubs but do we have a fit and proper test for board members of association's.
The F.A , uefa , ect..

How can Gill and parry ect.. get the jobs they do when it's so clear how biased and bent they are.

What about the talksport fit & proper test……

White American and possibly Jewish owners versus Brown middle eatern Arab owners could be one of the reasons for the dislike / objections. Allegegly, Maybe it is, maybe it isn't. I don't like listening to those type of people on the radio.
You'd hope not with the amount of money our owners have put into football and the City of Manchester.

It's because they are biased and bent that they get the jobs they do.
OK
So if that's the case we need an independent body to regulatate.
Uefa. F.A. Premier league.

It's so obvious.

If Microsoft, amazon, ect.. get too big they get regulated and told to split up as to not be a monopoly.

How obvious is it to the world that having the ex chairmen of Liverpool and United in power of these associations and also fans of said clubs is legal.

Clear conflict of interest.
