The email he is referring to was a post CAS leak. It is the one that breaks down the deal into its part.
And put nicely into context by you.

Yep, there was a bit of schooling going on in the last half-hour.Hi Stefan
I have to say you once again came across so well knowledgeable and insigghtful as for Harris the tired old cliches such as "Why didnt City appeal the settlement in 2014?" showing his complete lack of knowledge as to what the term settlement means. Also when he stated as fact that "it was unusual City appointed 2 members at CAS" not understanding that both UEFA and City had to put forward a name each from a prescribed list and then crucually both agree a 3rd
The fact you did most of the talking made this a very easy and useful listen congratulations
wasnt the settlement when Khaldoon said we'll take a pinch this timeGood work. How many times have you explained this settlement thing to Harris now? :)
and if he doesnt know he say's so not just blag itOne things for sure after just listening to that podcast is Stefan knows his onions.

Stefan is there anything of particualr significance in that email that would cause problems or was not already included in some of the ones which were actually seen by CAS ? Thanks ScoobzThat particular email in his article was one of the post CAS leaks
This may be worth a listen - me v Nick Harris on the excellent Unofficial Partner podcast...
In fairness to Harris, I had no issue with his behaviour on this podcast. He was giving his opinion and making points and doing so in a largely non-inflammatory manner. If he could bring this attitude across into his social media posts, instead of the sensationalist nonsense he spews to garner clicks and likes from the red mafia, he actually might almost be worth listening to on this subject.Thank you Sir, a very enjoyable hour and I know a little more, Mr Harris appeared to be out of his depth on several occasions.
