Pretty simple: Everton faced a single charge, and City have 115 different charges focused on a far longer duration of time with a myriad of different legal complexities. A decision on the punishment for Everton's second alleged breach is expected to arrive long before there is a resolution to the City case.

I thought it was a Spiegel email.
As was pointed out, an email in isolation doesn't mean much (e.g. if the reply is "no, no, no, you can't do that")

What exactlyt was dealt with at CAS? That Simon Pearce merely said he didn't discuss the breakdown or that he said this and the email was specifically discussed or referenced as part of that conversation ? Stefan didn't disagree that the email appeared post-CAS !
