I'd agree. Non cooperation in relation to what, exactly? What have other clubs given that we haven't? My educated guess would be nowt.
The only thing they could moan about is City, or our related parties, not giving them full open access to pour over accounts or information that we're under no obligation to divulge, something I think no other club has ever been asked to do either to show compliance with these rules, just so they could find something anything, to charge us with.
There are going to be some very upset red-washed fans and journalists out there very soon. Don't be surprised when they decry the findings to save face, out of jealousy, our of frustration, and out of realisation.
It won't matter one jot the intelligence, experience or legitimacy of the panel to them if they don't get the result they want. They'll continue to claim it's all unfair and a conspiracy, whilst ignoring the real problem in the system, themselves. Which suits us just fine as both a football club and a business.
