You can see it now, they are waiting for the end of the season to hear the charges so we can start next season on minus 50 points. Then spending it appealing.
A certain player has been told not to stand in the way of any potential large bids at the end of this season as it will help with their PSR efforts.Chelsea have three issues to contend with and the one you reference is indeed for next season but the other two are potentially far more serious:
The new owners have reported potential issues with previous years accounts. Although they are from the Abramovich era it will be the club that receive any punishment. You'd assume there could be some mitigation though.
The Guardian have an ongoing investigation into disguised owner investment by Abramovich involving millions going to club employees, players and agents. Essentially a mirror of what we've been charged with
Marina Granovskaia linked to secret payments by former Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich

Finally, it is almost certain that they will fail PSR for 2023-24 by a huge margin. They need to raise way over 100 mill net profit on player sales by June 30th this year.
Their most valuable player is probably Palmer at present? And I can't see him fetching £100mA certain player has been told not to stand in the way of any potential large bids at the end of this season as it will help with their PSR efforts.
It won’t be Palmer as his book value is £32m, so the profit in £100m would only be £68m.Their most valuable player is probably Palmer at present? And I can't see him fetching £100m
I believe that player has said to the club 'Fuck off, I'll decide which club I go to and when'A certain player has been told not to stand in the way of any potential large bids at the end of this season as it will help with their PSR efforts.
Fair enough, thanks for pointing me in the right direction. It won’t be Palmer as his book value is £32m, so the profit in £100m would only be £68m.
Itll be Gallagher or James as their book value is £0.
Who are we talking about pls? James or Gallagher?I believe that player has said to the club 'Fuck off, I'll decide which club I go to and when'
Plus any sales that count for 23-34 figures need to be completed by June 30thFair enough, thanks for pointing me in the right direction.
Thing is the buying clubs know Chelsea have to sell so there is no incentive to offer the market rate.
It could be Palmer if someone offered stupid money, but with PSR, I can’t see them getting enough for any of their players before June 30th.Fair enough, thanks for pointing me in the right direction.

I think they are up the creek without a paddle then.Plus any sales that count for 23-34 figures need to be completed by June 30th
