I think they are up the creek without a paddle then.Plus any sales that count for 23-34 figures need to be completed by June 30th

I was told it refers to Palmer. It could be Palmer if someone offered stupid money, but with PSR, I can’t see them getting enough for any of their players before June 30th.
Did we have a buy-back clause?I was told it refers to Palmer.
Basket case of a club.I was told it refers to Palmer.
That will go down well with their fans if he is sold.I was told it refers to Palmer.
Who told you?I was told it refers to Palmer.
Fwd it to the Der Spiegel Anonymouse tip off lineDo any of the PL financial and legal experts on this thread believe that City could reasonably request that the PL look into other clubs dubious financial dealings, the same way that City's have been intrinsically scrutinised? Or is that not possible. If that is the case why not? As a member of the PL could City not request this?
I have read reports that Liverpool 'hid' lost revenue in stadium development costs that wasn't properly accounted for just to pass FFP and that Spurs did dodgy transfer deals under rednapp that weren't disclosed in their books.
If Palmer is worth £100m then I think it’s time to give up on the game.
