From what I've read he's had one court case against him in Spain which collapsed. Unless he's been found guilty by a court, you can't really say that sort of thing. It's like saying a football club is guilty errrrr........

Correct, and he alluded to that point on the clip. Maybe it's why he feels quite strongly about City being branded guilty before the verdict comes out.

I have family who have first hand experience, so I definitely know
He even ran a scam where people who’d paid huge deposits on off plan properties were told that their deposits were lost as the apartments would never be completed, but out of the goodness of MRI’s heart (his property company) for €5,000 they could put a deposit on another property in Portugal and some people fell for that as well
And I know this as I attended a meeting in Birmingham with my family member where they tried to scam the €5,000 out of them
They had the credit card machine set up and waiting

What i do not understand about talksport when presenters ask the question how can City spend all that money on players.
Do they not realise we are a profit raising monster recently and nothing has been proven about our charges again so far.
Add on all of the charges we accused off are years old and none are recent.

I think what Jim SHite is alluding to is shouldn’t we have a transfer ban until all this is concluded .
