I’m looking forward to give it a good go, in a month or twoHe had a big stroke, mate. Wiped out his memory of taste so that when he had curry, it tasted TOO HOT and TOO MUCH flavour. Remember as a kid when you first tasted beer? URRGGHH. And a year later you want it all the time haha.
Still (presumably) dotting the i's and crossing the t's of the decision.Any news on what the actual wait is or what's holding it up?
Yeah Artega Klopp Slot and the rags previous managers to many to name are reading it a page a day so who knows when it will be announcedAny news on what the actual wait is or what's holding it up?
Even if we are cleared, they will always call us cheats. The verdict here will only satisfy the freaks if we are guilty. They will move the goalposts if clearedThe longer it drags on, the longer we can be called cheats - job done.
Probably not the best turn of phrase to use...Good day for PL to bury it.
must be my charming personality lolSeen you were getting abuse again over the last few pages…shocked I am -:)
Bes wishes, mate. I'm sure you'll still enjoy it all. Do you still like tea or coffee? He hates them now yet he drank tea all the time.I’m looking forward to give it a good go, in a month or two
I like a coffee, a very strong one, first thing, and still do. Took over from the 50 cigs a day since I gave up in 2003. Genuine reason I gave up is Typucal City, they announced that the new stadium was going to be non smoking and I knew I couldn’t watch City and not smoke so I went cold Turkey in June 2003, not had a drag sinceBes wishes, mate. I'm sure you'll still enjoy it all. Do you still like tea or coffee? He hates them now yet he drank tea all the time.
Yeah we did that already...I would like to see a positive result for city on page 9320
Yup, it’s exhausting.I wish they'd just get on and announce it, irrespective of what the verdict is. It's dragged on for long enough now. Nearly two and a half years at this stage. We used to be good when this story broke.
Maybe the security practises being so bad was a factor in the relative lack of fuss made about Liverpool accessing our scouting database. We most certainly have but unfortunately it's shutting the gate after the horse has bolted. The results of this security breach can only be described as catastrophic - however this pans out.
The brain is very odd. I got a serious chest infection a couple of months after Covid hit (the tests were negative for Covid, go figure) and it made me housebound for 6 weeks and took a full 12 weeks to feel more or less normal. I couldn't walk to the garden gate I was that bad.Don’t tell me that mate! I’ve just had a mild stroke, first ever (apparently I was prolific cos I got 2,at once, fortunately both mild), got my first physio visit - my main question to her was in a couple of months could I be likely to go out and have 2 pints and a curry - she said no reason why not, but imagine if after all that time my chicken tikka dopiaza tasked like whole meal bread and fucking lettuce!!

After I'd recovered I took a Guinness out of the fridge, took a swig and promptly sprayed the room with it. It was the most foul thing I'd ever drank, not had an alcoholic beer since although I have bought the occasional box of 0% San Miguel since.
The wife had a TIA back in September and although she's now got use of her left arm and leg back her memory of events (mostly short term) and words is shot to hell. She's also destroyed a frying pan when she forgot the onions she'd put on to fry (the son and I walked into black smoke in the kitchen, no idea why the smoke alarm didn't go off), and managed to destroy a pan when she did the same with pasta. Yes, she actually burnt pasta.
She doesn't remember the onion episode at all but safe to say, she's banned from cooking now unless I'm here to check on her. No difference to her sense of taste oddly.
Absolutely!@slbsn
Kieran Maguire was recently interviewed by the BBC to explain why Man Utd were unexpectedly active in the transfer market https://www.bbc.com/sport/football/articles/cj09pn56361o . He explains there that their PSR calculation was based on a UK subsidiary's pre-tax losses (£36.2m) which massively undercut the parent company's (£130m) pre-tax losses. This is reported as a matter of fact way. I have read elsewhere ( https://onefootball.com/en/news/how-man-utd-remain-within-psr-limits-despite-heavy-spending-41207406) that the difference is due to Red Football's accounts as excluding much of their takeover and finance costs.
In a Group of companies, I can understand why you would have different reporting entities relating to different part of the businesses but in Utd's case there is only 1 football club. If I was the regulator and I knew that a club's accounts excluded some costs attributable to the running of that football club, I'd be asking questions and potentially making an adjustment to their adjusted losses.
Do you think Utd have a case to answer?
The red mardarses are untouchable.@slbsn
