A freelancer is more likely to be held personally liable than a FTE. But, as you rightly question, - it depends entirely on what the cause of action is, what the facts are, and whether or not there's an agency or employee relationship.
Usually the publisher throws in the towel and by doing so, implicates/exposes/admits the libel of the journalist. Should the freelancer/journalist feel strongly aggrieved, exposed and undermined by this - then it's down to how deep their pockets are and/how strong their evidence is. Assuming there is no punishment - then not very.
It was the season before Messi joined Inter Miami I think?Where’s that from, can you share a link?
United 17th oh dear. And Bournemouth above Barcelona?!?
Where’s Wrexham?
Where’s interMessiMiami?
Can‘t believe this character would lie…
If you look at the link, Wrexham are iirc something like 75th. Miami in the 40’s iircIt was the season before Messi joined Inter Miami I think?
As for Wrexham, no doubt there’s a lot of interest over the pond but I don’t think they’re on TV half as much in the States as we are.
Bournemouth above Barca is indicative of the popularity of the Premier League IMO
It’s just so out of character.I’m utterly shocked that a comic character who lives and dies by the traffic he drives to his YouTube Channel has been lying to drive traffic to his YouTube Channel.
Can‘t believe this character would lie…
Maybe you should’ve gone on in place of him then!I stated an opinion and have responded to most of the people who've disagreed.
I'll post nothing more on the subject. After all I'm not @Alan Harper's Tash, sometimes you just gotta know when to stop.
I stand by my initial verdict on Stefan's abject performance on Talksport today.
The one person who will never except City being cleared is Jordan.I’ve not seen the whole Talkshite war of words, but after Jordan’s last mauling by Stefan live on air, it looks like Jordan came for a proper, prolonged and no holds barred argument this time, live in air.
