PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

I've had a quick listen back to the City section. Don't think I'd say anything different. Not really sure what Gorton's issue is - most likely stylistic (tough) or a lack of understanding (try to read more on the topic).
Here is the City section (along with grimace):

The use of the word "disagree" is amusing. Used in a similar way to the Brexit debates where they'd get some pub landlord to "disagree" with an economist with expertise in European economics and policy.

I can "disagree" with a nuclear physicist based on a few YouTube videos if I want. It wouldn't make our opinions equal.

Thanks for all your efforts in explaining these matters from an expert point of view Stefan. I very much enjoy your contributions to the 93:20 podcast and I have done for some time.

Point 4 that Jordan made today , was actually pointed out to him by Steffan about 2mths ago when he was on last time. Jordan didnt come across as really understanding the seriousness of the charges back then, and was just implying that City would employ a big legal team to get away with what they had done. Steffan repeatedly pulled him up on that and said they have every right to good legal representation given the seriousness of the charges.
Put another way, if a certain Simon Jordan was accused of shoplifting then he wouldn’t spend £1 million on legal representation but if he was accused of murder he would.
