Ask Joe Corrigan about the kop back in the day.
lol. Was just thinking about that! The Kop was always known as a ‘knowledgeable crowd’! Well the BBC used to think so.

Reminds me of Ray Walston, when I was a kid…great programme!!Not as tall as Jim Lea with his antennaeView attachment 163326or Noddy with his hat, great kecks tho !!

Last summer on holiday I saw a swimmer yelling for help as a shark slowly circled him. People are dumb. I knew that shark wasn't going to help him.No she's dead.
You are joking arent you they were feral scum then and are even worse now. Also, back then, most Liverpool fans weren’t arrogant, entitled, brainwashed, oddball wankers… or it seemed that way
My Favourite Martian. I didn't realise Bill Bixby was his co-star.Reminds me of Ray Walston, when I was a kid…great programme!!View attachment 163328

Match report with the writer implying that Chelsea were far worse and Bob Paisley adamant that it might be fans from another club. You are joking arent you they were feral scum then and are even worse now.
Been going since 76.Its the only place i have never let my daughter attend. She has been in the wrong end at Millwall when we were banned. We were sussed pretty early on never felt in any danger. Most of the aways in Div 2 we were in wrong ends and always felt quite safe.I aleayd relate a story about the ferals the game where slippy slipped my mates daughter who was 14 at the time was punched in the face so hard she had to have surgery. When my mates complained to the police who had witnessed the incident they were told thats what happens to Chelsea here they are and always have been scum.
I know we've gone off at a tangent whilst waiting for an outcome but I remember being stood on the Spion Kop in 69, we were 2-1 up with minutes to go and to be fair the Liverpool fans around me stood and clapped City, they said they were well and truly beaten. In typical City fashion we managed to lose it 3-2. They couldn't believe it, I could.Boxing Day 1981. I was there too, in the folly of my long past youth I had a Dipper supporting boyfriend. I was with him, in the kop wearing my City scarf. Thank god he and his bro were there, because grown men were like feral animals when we scored and I cheered. They had no shame on rounding on a 23 year old young woman and it was only the brothers wearing Dipper scarfs that actually saved me from being physically attacked.
It was a fabulously unexpected win, I saw myself in the crowd on MOTD.
But what I learned that day is that your average Dipper fan is NOT a happy, knowledgeable football supporter who recognises good play. I saw the truth about them, and I have never been back to that rancid hellhole since thar day.
I get very annoyed about Hillsborough and Heysel after what I endured on a minor scale. A lot of hogwash or as Delooney says ' sports washing'.....
Well Friday again, always feels the day of the week both parties will get the paperwork to browse prior to a Monday public announcement.
They need to get a wriggle on with the result as they'll be closing down for summer holidays sometime next week. ;)
I have been to just about every PL ground watching Chelsea and a fair few European grounds as well.We were subjected to having bottles of Amstel thrown at us in Madrid, Forced to sit like kids in Bordeaux and not allowed to visit the toilets but in terms of the vast majority of grounds we , my wife and me, rarely have any issuesYou are joking arent you they were feral scum then and are even worse now.

One of them used to deliver stationery to a place I worked in the city centre back in the early 80’s.Also, back then, most Liverpool fans weren’t arrogant, entitled, brainwashed, oddball wankers… or it seemed that way
just papering over cracksyep, if these charges fail lookout for toiletrollgate from the Franny Lee era.
No it wasn't me in 1969. I had just started at the local Grammar school, and waiting patiently for the Christmas to get my copy of the 1969 Manchester City Football book....!I know we've gone off at a tangent whilst waiting for an outcome but I remember being stood on the Spion Kop in 69, we were 2-1 up with minutes to go and to be fair the Liverpool fans around me stood and clapped City, they said they were well and truly beaten. Not forgetting in them days scousers we're 6' 6" stevedores built like brick shithouses. Everton fans were similar but generally with broken noses. There was rumour a City fan got stabbed that night. Was that you? If so, contact Shaw Taylor.

No, I think the outcome will be announced with a fanfare at the unveiling of the new swamp.Don’t think we’ll hear anything now. So I’d say it’ll be tomorrow at the earliest
