if Chelsea pull this off regarding selling infrastructure to internally to themselves well then Boehly is really master of loopholes.

as the alternative is them urgently selling 3-4 players for decent fees, and limit their spending for the summer window or face heavy PSR punishments like points deduction for next season which likely crush their chances finish in CL place.

I kind of like they give lot of extra headache to PL PSR lawyers.

These financial charges are stupid:

1) The evidence for the charges were illegally acquired;
2) Even if true, other leagues may not be subject to these regulations; what will happen to English football if our top teams can't spend as much as Madrid, Barca, Bayren, etc.?

If the P/L is to offer a competitive product it's clear that the current financial rules need to change.

With PSR being wound down in 24/25 I doubt very much that changes of this nature will be in place prior to 30/6 indeed the earliest date such a change could be voted on would be at the PLs AGM which would be after the majority of clubs 24/25 accounting year will have started.
It seems to me that the Swiss Rambler and indeed Stevan himself are now far from sure as to the clarity of the rules around such matters and it seems that the PL rules probably permit.
