Only in the opinion of a sports body, not in the real world unless the police or HMRC decide to prosecute. If the Premier league had evidence of fraud they shouldn’t be holding a sporting investigation they should be involving the police and handing over this evidence.I completely agree, he invested in a business.
But that's not the point, if guilty we have commited fraud, lied to stakeholders etc and his executives have publicly stated "irrefutable evidence".
