I think we can all take the hit if we are found guilty in the end, fair enough I'd expect other teams to be sanctioned/penalised. But the sheer hypocrisy of this and the co-ordinated attack from certain clubs, who all have fans on the board reviewing the case is disgusting. united, Liverpool, other huge clubs like Madrid barca, Juve all debt ridden and are most certainly not role models for financial stability and creating a level playing ground in fair competition. We have invested a lot of money in players and infrastructure yeah, hard for smaller clubs to compete yeah I get that but have all the other big clubs not invested hugely brought in loads of players etc.. The huge difference is we've invested wisely and have been run very efficiently which has brought us success very quickly. it just comes down to jealously and a slice of xenophobia. What the glaziers have done to united is outrageous, their own fans detest them, extracting billions out of the club. years and years at throwing millions on trash players, loosing their identity. Chelsea run by abromovic who was/is clearly bent. Abu Dhabi's investment in eastlands and other parts of Manchester has been one of global sports success stories, jobs created money pumped into poor areas, academy facilities giving hope to local kids they can make it. Tourism, and some of the most beautiful football the premier league has witnessed, not to mention the money they have made off us. Like I say we can all take it if we are found guilty as rules are rules but the hypocrisy really does sting. Not saying our state run club doesnt potentially have dirt on their hands, but most of the big/historic clubs are no better. Sad times take down the premier league start again with something new and bring in independent regulators!
