You cannot pick and choose who you support, it's in your bones from your earliest memory.

The take over in 2008, not really knowing what to expect, the media even back then couldn't help themselves, sneering and belittling us.

The disclosure of emails from the PL isn't even really a story.

It's just standard stuff.

There’s lots of standard stuff that becomes a story with innuendo. Of course requests of communication can be classed as standard but look at the trouble 6 internal emails have caused us, over 15 years you’ve got to expect a lot to come up.

I know I’m labouring the point here, but the 115 charges process is to ascertain if City’s accounts are fraudulent or not (I agree that it will be shown they aren’t). None of the charges could be disproved because there was a conspiracy against the club.

And a conspiracy can’t be proved in the meantime because there currently isn’t (as far as we’re aware) a process/tribunal/investigation into a conspiracy.

I agree it’s likely to show a pattern but could be explained as governance but I think sometimes it’s a shot across the boughs that they need to turn it in otherwise they can end up in the dock.

& on the other hand normally before arguable cases there’s the look at who has the better case so let’s settle on our terms.

Probably but we are certainly causing a stir with the IC message requests from 09.

Nothing is ever hidden, we only need to show collusion between the clubs and the league.

it’s a positive step for city and in the face of daily onslaught a most welcome one at that.

We are finally seeing some resistance from the club to the constant attacks to stop our march to greatness. It won’t kill 115 but it might show that collusion did exist between interested parties to stifle City and that the 3rd party rules were also only brought in to discriminate against gulf owners at the behest of our American friends.

City ain’t messing about with this associated party case and certainly not about defending ourselves against the 115. Our confidence must be coming from very strong evidence.

In any case the likelihood of it showing a smoking gun against them is as likely as our own emails showing direct evidence of fraud.

Of course it’s standard but without question one of the red cartel has made a request, made comments about us in a discriminatory way and had a response from someone!

If City allege over these next few weeks that there has been communication to conspire & damage them which is denied & then it’s revealed in the 115 hearing where would that leave us.
