PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

Clutching at straws.

There will be no smoking gun in the PL's emails that stop the 115 charges or brings the PL down etc. Maybe the emails will show those clubs have contacted the PL pushing to investigate but that, currently, isn't against the rules.

City fans thinking the PL's emails will prove corruption is as wishful thinking of the redshirt fans thinking our own emails prove accounting fraud.

One of our beliefs is that the red top cartel have cajoled the PL to behave in a particular way. Disclosing all and any communication should confirm or deny the validity of this.

It’s important, us blues, accept the outcome of this disclosure no matter if it confirms or denies our beliefs. We will be asking everyone else to do the same when we are found innocent.

From glancing the various threads on this subject it’s pretty clear you’re here just to suck the fucking life out of anyone who attempts to be optimistic.
Weird.
That's why it's best to ignore him.

He knows about as much as 95% of people on this thread, i.e. fuck all.

I am assuming the panel has asked to see all communications so that would include What's App messages which may be more interesting.
Asking for them and getting any are different things.

Wonder how many employees have come and gone in that time. Did they have company phones? If not, there’ll be no WhatsApp messages to read.

Not sure. All the leaks didn't make any difference at CAS.
Yes they did City took an appeal to CAS to have the whole ban dismissed, due to the breaking of the investigative chamber confidentiality agreement with numerous leaks CAS dismissed it has the actual appeal for the removal of the 2 year ban was already scheduled
UEFA had fined City €30M for non cooperation CAS somewhat agreed with City about the mitigation, being the leaks, and reduced the fine to €10M they said the fine was necessary as City had admitted to not cooperating and as a wealthy enterprise the fine need to be substantial

Any incriminating messages of any sort will just be deleted/lost/spirited away. That’s how it works I’m afraid.

True, but then they better make sure they don't delete/lose/spirit away any correspondence that the club already has in it's possession (through one means or another ....). It's a high-risk game to play when you don't know what the other side already has.
