PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

One of our beliefs is that the red top cartel have cajoled the PL to behave in a particular way. Disclosing all and any communication should confirm or deny the validity of this.

It’s important, us blues, accept the outcome of this disclosure no matter if it confirms or denies our beliefs. We will be asking everyone else to do the same when we are found innocent.

As I've said, we already know they have tried due to the Arsenal headed letter.

If there is no nda afterwards then maybe a few of them will leak which will add weight to the amount of pressure they have placed on the PL.

I just doubt they'll contain a bombshell that will lead to anything else.

I am assuming the panel has asked to see all communications so that would include What's App messages which may be more interesting.

Will it include whatsapp messages? Thought it was just letters, emails and records of phonecalls.

True, but then they better make sure they don't delete/lose/spirit away any correspondence that the club already has in it's possession (through one means or another ....). It's a high-risk game to play when you don't know what the other side already has.

Of course…that’s the gamble. One side gets caught in deception and they are in trouble. But Boris Johnson and his cronies managed to play the system well enough. I don’t think City will have much private correspondence.

I work in courts everyday. Not found guilty means innocent.

This morning with nothing better to do I watched an edited recording of the QPR match.
The commentary was fresh and honest, quoting how it might be the start of a dynasty and other such compliments. Tyler did not have one bad word to say about us.
Nobody did back then.
12 years later the whole tone has changed.

I was a bit disappointed that Taylor didn't inform us how much our squad cost compared to QPR. Apart from that it was OK.
