If the Premier League were so convinced it was a slam dunk case, I'd argue the longer it has gone on, the better.
Certainly a slam dunk doesn't take a year to conclude.
As recently evidenced by the coach and horses City ran through these idiots over sponsorships, we are not dealing with geniuses.
In a way you are right because it was surely bad faith that targeted us at the time and only UK legal action rectified the rulings. If we have broken rules designed to stop us unfairly that’s fine with me.
But if our systems were hacked and that couple of emails is the worst thing they found?Given what we wrote in those emails, we're not geniuses ourselves.
The length of the wait doesn't mean a huge amount in and of itself, but I'd be surprised if the club weren't starting to feel a bit concerned.

I'd say that's cleaner than most clubs, it's just that it's only us who've been hacked.
Glad you said follow instead of support given so many can't be arsed with games against top European clubs.Quite frankly I couldn't give a fuck how it goes after the amount of time being taken.
Just get it FUCKIN done - what happens after happens - most on here will still follow God's own club.
I wouldn't imagine any fans would want us to be guilty, theorising and discussing potential aspects related to the case shouldn't be frowned upon, especially if a portion of the forum are work in law.CAS was shown the full email trail as the conversation didn’t run in order so why would it be different this time?! I’m sure some fans WANT us to be guilty!
And I might get an away ticket at last.Nope. We just want it sorted. Either way, we’ll still be in the stands & the STs will be cheap as chips.
Pinto hacked loads of clubs but amazing only the City emails were shown in public eh?
For this reason I think any announcement, will be delayed until the season finishes. An Arsenal (or AN Other Club) win, plus the impending World Cup will take the spotlight off the outcome of the case.if Arsenal win the title this season I think a lot of the storm coming from this will be muted.
They only really cared when we were winning 4 in a row.
Not even close to true but it's old news so you'd have to google it.Pinto hacked loads of clubs but amazing only the City emails were shown in public eh?
Way too much chance things leak if they do thatThey're not going to get the result and then sit on it for half a season. Neither side will allow that tbh
Top Whack billable hours! never underestimate the ability of a solicitor to take 4 hours on the clock to do something that would take them 2 mins off it.However you slice it, there's no way anyone can defend the length of time this has taken to announce the decision.
It's beyond ridiculous at this point.
