I think these clubs should be told in no uncertain terms that bar the team and coaching staff, all other members ie Directors, owners are banned from our ground

I totally believe in City. I don't think they would risk continuing down the same road with false accounting after all the hassle with UEFA, and I doubt the club would come out and make a matter-of-fact statement right at the very start of this process that they were completely innocent if they knew there was likely to be something in there that would stick. They would have said something like "we cannot make any further comment for legal reasons" or words to that effect.
Financial records. Open and shut really it either came from an Etihad bank account or an ADUG one. Or an email from Pearce at a later date telling someone the money wasn’t coming from ADUG, but Etihad.
The club didn’t supply that evidence though, they just let UEFA’s evidence fall short.

Yeah it wouldn't surprise me if the Abu Dhabi investment became contingent on the independent regulator.

The 100 breaches thing is a red herring imo. If, say, the Etihad deal was being targeted, that would affect 5 or 6 articles in the PL rules each year of the review since it started. That's about 30-40 breaches all on its own. I am guessing there are probably 5 or 6 issues that repeat over several years and affect several articles in the rules.The media are loving the 100+ charges, like it nails us, “there’s 100+ charges, they must be guilty”. I take some comfort (rightly or wrongly) in there being so many, especially when so many are related to non-compliance. If you had a smoking gun that proved we were guilty of the worst accusations, would you be arsed about City telling you to fuck off in emails?

And they've already accomplished what they set out to - they know this shit won't stick in court, not with a literal army of lawyers and a blank check against it, but they've yet again shifted the narrative on to City and created the illusion of long term instability for the club.
But then, we should be used to this, yeah? The media have been downplaying our achievements since we started achieving. Every last wanker associated with the Rags and the bin dipping Scousers has long since given up pretending like their shite clubs are good enough to beat us at actual football. The PL knows full well the weight of both and has been trying to sink us for years, you just have to watch our matches every week and it's the same fucking story. City vs 12 men.
