PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

Khaldoon’s and Mansour didn’t seem to bothered yesterday:

Mansour chaired the Executive Committee of the company’s board, at Qasr Al Watan in Abu Dhabi.

The committee approved the company's work plan and the annual budget for 2023, and discussed a number of topics on its agenda.

“The main topic was the destruction of the cartel and bringing about harmony to the football universe.” -:)

Thanks for sharing and that's a very interesting bit of information and the timing may be very relevant.
Yep. (And thanks to Karleone for posting originally). Am relying on BM for all my news at the mo!

I've literally just read the relevent section of the report and I'm not wrong. Page 68, sections 230-234.

Pearce testifies what he said in the emails was wrong, CAS says UEFA have no proof he's lying so have to side with City.
Thanks. But there's more to it than that as I stated, with City saying who His Highness really was plus if you read beyond those sections, City put up several written testimonies from witnesses stating that the money didn't come from ADUG.

You're not suggesting that Pearce and City are lying are you? CAS have stated that there's no reason to disbelieve our explanation and that's good enough for me. In any case, the burden of proof is on the accuser to prove wrongdoing. I'd also add that it makes no sense whatsoever for City to have ever received those monies from ADUG when we were always legitimately able to use the avenue of central funds.
