I check this thread everyday, just in hope that there is no news, think we've got through another day!
Every single business known to man cooks their books in one way or another, just don't get greedy and don't get caught. All football clubs cook the books to a certain extent & always have done, a four year deep dive CSI investigation into any club on the planet would flag up a multitude of questionable issues
I can’t imagine any business owner putting a like up for that statement.Every single business known to man cooks their books in one way or another, just don't get greedy and don't get caught.
Its called creative accounting my friend. its the business equivalent of telling the missus the new car cost half as much as it actually didEvery single business known to man cooks their books in one way or another, just don't get greedy and don't get caught.
The way I sees it, the two cases are linked but are also different. We have been slagged off by the media by going alone and yet its known that other clubs are watching because they are in fear of being caught out with the possibility of exceeding the -£105m 3 year limit and the respective punishments. Clubs are known to be scrambling to sell players 'cheaply' to comply.I check this thread everyday, just in hope that there is no news, think we've got through another day!

For the purposes of HM Customs and Excise, no, the rest LOLI can’t imagine any business owner putting a like up for that statement.
St Bede’s is a private school with fees about £15,000pa. No doubt the PL can think up some reason our paying for youngsters to go there is against their rules. How does VAT or otherwise on private schools effect MCFC and the 115 (130/129/5 etc) charges?
Also something is only illegal if the law stays the same change the law and suddenly it might be legal.
Shat ap...Its a fuckin pleasure
