Rag wanker said: "Last night it was announced that Manchester City's hearing will start in four weeks. I wonder if they're not signing anybody on purpose, thinking they might get the book thrown at them.
"If they think they're going to get found guilty, and something ridiculous happens, they get relegated or deducted 20 points, they might think what is the point of signing players now. They got £82million for Alvarez, and they might just see what happens."
So that’s it lads, pack up. The red cunts have somehow found the evidence that dosent exist to punish the club even before the tribunal has started.
Take a bow Rato. Mastermind has spoken.
Live on sly sports:
Start to finish.Thanks BOQ.
Have skim watched it and tbh I think he does pretty well.
Could someone point me to bits where he looks a ****?
Gary Neville questioned the reason behind Manchester City's quiet summer transfer window (Image: YouTube)
Gary Neville questioned whether Manchester City's impending hearing into their 115 alleged breaches of Premier League rules is behind their uneventful transfer window. Pep Guardiola's side have made just one signing this summer on the back of their record fourth Premier League triumph, with Brazilian winger Savinho arriving in a £21million deal from Ligue 1 side Troyes.
Despite the departures of Sergio Gomez and Julian Alvarez, with the latter leaving Manchester in a £82m deal to join Atletico Madrid, City have yet to replace the Argentine who scored 19 goals in 54 games for the club last season and proved to play a vital role alongside Erling Haaland.

The Premier League rules are made up because they let the scum red tops do whatever they want. Once they have had enough of City they can do and say whatever they like,
In the PSR court case, Clearly City won because Masters came out and said it does not work for the scum red tops or other teams in the League, So what happens now is the scum red tops will get away with anything they want and be allowed to spend £Billions and put in into the club debts.
Mark my words here, Once they get rid of City with the 115 charges United will be winning titles again.
After this new rule change and Manchester City is out of the way and in an impossible situation of championship football and a with transfer window embargo its over for at least 5 years.

Honestly the whole Dominos Vs City arc is confusing and not interesting at all. At least with paddy power they have the grace of being an entity of the football world. Dominos? Not so much…
They should stick to pizza instead of trying to get involved for social media cred.
He is supposed to be distant from the process. If anything he distanced himself from any future outcomes.
He is supposed to be distant from the process.
If all he knows is the way how both sides presented their evidence before the Panel discusses the legal detail then it's as much as our team know but if he knows more it is being leaked.
Non-cooperation is just a catch all to help them recover costs. You didn’t do EXACTLY what we asked. It’s bollux. That’s the biggest load of shit I’ve seen in this thread and that takes some doing. We won’t be relegated for non cooperation.
Even in the event of City being 'guilty" of some of this, I doubt the arbitration would be enough for clubs to use as eviidence and I'd imagine a court would have to consider their claim from scratch.
