True, but not easy to win the CL of course as we know. Not sure why you think a points deduction will not be made if the boys prove the majority of the charges.No.
As C/L holders we would get a place in 2025/6 comp. (Assuming we win it again this season)
I don't think a points deduction will be made against City and in the unlikely event there is, it wouldn't be anywhere near that amount.

That is a key point the volume and seriousness.Any punishment would be proportionate to the volume and seriousness of any breaches.
Nothing else would come into it.
Now,how does one quantify this? Lately some people are trying to attach monetary value to these supposed transgressions and coming up with totals in line with the likes of Everton. This one assumes would carry a relatively small punishment although enough most likely to loose a tight title race.
Others point to a more serious verdict which would in some way involve bringing the PL and football into disrepute perhaps even hinting at fraudulent activity. The penalty for the later, which I hope is a conclusion which is not reached, one assumes would carry a proportionately higher punishment.
