I was saying boo-urns.Do we get another charge for booing their pre-match anthem and later singing "Fuck the Premier League"?

I take issue with this, especially the last sentence. Indeed, I resent being labelled by implication as hard of thinking. My reasons are stated in this 1,700-word post from yesterday: https://forums.bluemoon-mcfc.co.uk/threads/media-thread-2022-23.355624/page-1628#post-15718654
The number of the rules can charge each season and led to some confusion on what exactly the charges were especially when the not every rule book were available onlineI'm pretty certain it was the PL who errored in their press release as they later quietly changed the release to the correct rule numbers, if it was everyone else misreading it I doubt they would have changed it.
I do think that's pretty irrelevant though, the people actually running the case aren't the same people writing the press releases so all the legal documents will be correct (you'd hope).
It does show a degree of sloppiness though, you'd think for such an unprecedented statement someone from the legal team would have had a bit of a proofread.
I think the references are from the latest version of the rules, and posters here have looked back to the correct set of rules in force at the time and noticed the references are wrong. To me that suggests the opposite to your proposition, and that the charges have been brought up now and hence use the current references.
I’m not sure if the incorrect list of charges is just from a statement, where perhaps the references have been restated to the latest rules for the ease of understanding, and the actual charges have been properly stated to City, or not. Either way it’s confusing.
Yes. That was slanderous, or was it libellous. Or fraudulent. It's all so confusing .......Ok. And if you need any assistance in your defamation claim against @petrusha then drop me a PM…
@gordondaviesmoustache look at this blatant Americanism!! Surely that should be two fingers.
Yes, I can imagine.
But I am still struggling with it, in all honesty. As it's a legal process, though, I suppose it's best to let the legal guys explain it.
Whatever it is - you have the burden of proof...........I think ;-)Yes. That was slanderous, or was it libellous. Or fraudulent. It's all so confusing .......
Glad it amused you. I've shot .44 and .458 weapons and they were bad enough being at the right end.Has anyone seen @Prestwich_Blue interview with Cheesey? I love the line that the PL are firing Bugs Bunny shotgun pellets that will need picking out of our backside rather than a Clint Eastwood Magnum 44 shot that would take us out
completely.
I think we can get a bit more out of the Warner Brothers analogies: Hopefully the Premier league are as organised as Wile E.Coyote on his rocket-powered roller skates.Glad it amused you. I've shot .44 and .458 weapons and they were bad enough being at the right end.
The point I was making was that there seem to be a lot of charges but there's probably only two, maybe three, actual substantive ones. And I think they're a bit weak. If the PL can't land those substantive charges then the rest, bar maybe the non-cooperation ones, fall.

Who has written this?Former footballer from Ireland calling it out as well https://www.buzz.ie/sport/soccer/premier-league-clubs-dissing-manchester-29193391
I laughed out loud.Anyone else enjoy the irony of the "No Room for Racism" video which included the punchline "The Premier League never excludes anyone". Really?

Think he possibly is the worst. At least amongst those that have a decent level of exposure. Nick Harris and Ed McKenna are both arguably worse but the former is a busted flush and the latter has retired from journalism to concentrate full time on his passions for dog wanking and preposterous conspiracy theories.Amongst the worst.
They cannot get away from the fact that they signed a letter to UEFA, asking for us to be banned without the completion of due process.By naming the naughty nine we must have some real shit on them or surely that's a case for libel.
