paying their players through an umbrella scheme so they could avoid paying tax, these kind of things are the biggest indicator that this whole thing was orchestrated by the red cartel for reputational damage, the inference is that they HAD to forensically examine citys accounts for the last 15 years because of a few out of context hacked emails but there has been multiple instances of the tarquins, the dippers, the rags and spuds being involved in nefarious goings on and every single time the result has been sweep it under the carpet nothing to see here at no point has any of their proven wrongdoings instigated in the manner which they have with us, so if that isnt an indication of the pl acting in bad faith then im not sure what is.
