What I’m hearing from a dick who tbf had been wrong a lot but tbf who got CAS verdict 100%
We’re getting done again on the non co-operation issue. The equivalent of resisting arrest from a copper who is trying to fit you up for a murder you didn’t commit
But they HAVE to do us for something as a political sop

A fine that won’t touch the sides and a one window transfer ban. With another window ban suspended

If that were to be the outcome, I would bet the club would challenge any transfer ban. A fine, wouldn't bet either way.

The one part of this that I don't think even the club are disputing is that we did not co-operate fully with investigations so I don't think they would bother fighting a small fine for that. Even though we had good reason at the time not to hand over our info.

But the increase over the last week of shit throwing at City makes me wonder if something is about to happen. It seems to have gone into overdrive.
Throw as much shit as possible because in a few weeks time City are cleared. Properly wish full thinking on my behalf

Its either the press/media are really pissed of City did the treble, which I find hard to believe. So that only leaves the charges.

Obviously I have no proof it's just a gut feeling, they has to be a reason for the increase in shit thowing.

I think they are completely unrelated myself. The recent rush coincides with the release of this youtube video on the CAS case by some anonymous bored widos. All the articles, talks on talk segments etc, are pointing back to segments of that, and trying to use as something 'new' to relate to the PL process. Then they are all echoing each other, writing about what the previous claimed, with a little bit of individual embellishment and a bit less detail each round. Imo.

It is not quite true the club aren't disputing non co- operation. They fully co- operated. Up to a point, when they said you have enough now, can't keep going into every year thereafter.

How were these charges brought against us ? What made the pl think ok thats go through Citys books we think they are cheating. On what grounds did the pl have to investigate ?

just say if City had proof that a club was up to no good and City present it to the pl. The pl than ignore it because it doesnt suit the pl to investigate said club. What would happen next ?

Non of this sounds above board to me. It's clear some clubs have put pressure on the pl to investigate City. City have said fuck off we arent giving you information to pass onto the other clubs.

Technically, you can group it all into 1 'charge' if you really want to. People have done that with 5 groups of related charges. But they are all still individual charges.

It was the PL themselves who grouped it into 5 specific charges so you can understand posts like the one you're replying to.
