If there is no verdict surely that's bad for us we would be wanting it to be judged an illegal activity. A verdict followed by a pardon would be better.

Don't understand this because last week they hit him with 377 more charges.

It will not help our reputation if Pinto is seen as some sort of hero. Perhaps a deal has been done but why charge him with 377 more offences just last week.

According to this more comprehensive report Pinto is not out of the woods yet. It also seems to imply he has admitted trying to extort money. So perhaps it is a guilty plea in exchange for a lighter sentence or subsequent pardon. It's not clear what is happening. He is still facing 377 more charges.

Thought this was interesting. “It also examined the huge sums flowing through leading clubs and the uneven way authorities have applied rules.”

I‘d imagine the WhatsApp group will be examining all those documents to explain that to their fan boys.…..
