The whole article is complete fantasy. The idea that Wilberforce Wanderers might ask another club if they could adjust their accounts - yeah, that would end well.

Not only that, but given how many players we have bought from, and now sold to, Arsenal, over the years it would appear he might actually be accusing the whiter than white Arsenal of potentially being complicit in some sort of high-end, ultra complicated fraud.
