Doubt it...City are only dominant cause they are doing nearly everything right on and off the pitch, it wont last forever. Once Pep leaves, a noticeable drop will happen.

The quantifiable loss is a fair point and is applicable to the Everton case. Many are saying that other clubs can now sue. How do you prove that a £20 m loss over 3 years gave Everton an advantage to warrant a points deduction. Other clubs loss can be quantified if they were relegated but surely you cannot correlate such a small overspend in that way. Clubs spend millions on a season and could end up with less points than the previous season. Spend does not guarantee points.
Just read it. A brilliant article, but extremely depressing. Why are other journalists so blind? He sounds like he’s genuinely mourning the loss of professional football as we know it.
Judge Judy is going to be busy. The quantifiable loss is a fair point and is applicable to the Everton case. Many are saying that other clubs can now sue.
Everton were charged with breaching FFP by overspending. It's on their books for all to see and they've admitted to it as well. This is the thing that worries me. For City to be found innocent will be very embarrassing for the pl. The pl have allowed the American owners to push the pl to this point.
For the pl to falsely bring 115 charges against one of its members would be a disaster for the pl.
This is why I think City will not get a independent hearing. I know people say those doing the hearing are KC but the British judicial service is riddled with wrong doings.
This is a good point and not something I’d previously considered. He’s in danger of looking like an even bigger dick than I thought, especially if the PL lose the case.A valid point , the Premier league accusing major compnaies of fraud will have massive ramifications for Master's and his motley crew , the damages will run into billions.
Not sure Master's has thought this one through , what a prick
Spot on. This floppy allegation is nothing but a witch hunt . There are countless counter arguments that our top lawyers will have a field da and run in circle forever.City would be wise to bury this case until a regulator can be introduced.
3 people judging the future of a club? Nah
No bias? Nah
It is a commission payed for by the Premier! Nah
It’s all a lot of crap anyway.
Don’t give them the chance to fuck us over, keep it going round and round in legal paper until their rotten head falls off.
The concept of FFP or the new sustainability rules need ripped up and thrown out. It now evident why they rules where brought in. The football community is largely bent tho so nothing will be done until the government intervene.
For any rag/dipper/arse/Everton fan reading. City have not been charged with FFP since the Uefa case when the goal posts changed.
Everton admitted guilt for breaking sustainability rules buying crap after crap which is nobody’s business but their own. If they had of spent the money well and won a trophy they would be coming after Everton anyway.
The rags have been fined for failing ffp.
The dippers hid their overspend in a fake stadium.
Arsenal/Rwanda nothing to see here!! City built the emirates with player transfers and then after nearly 20 years of being shit gave you a manager and a few players. So suck my blue balls!
If anyone takes the time to actually look at our charges you will see that its not 115 financial breaches unless thats what you call long grass or non compliance!
I genuinely mean this, fuck the premier. They have tried to destroy city. I would prefer we didn’t participate in this fake competition anymore…Now that we have completed football -:)
Burnham mentioned us as well as Everton? The outcome of this (Everton and City) could see the PL undermined and discredited, rather than any club punished - a PL own goal.
He didn't. I'm thinking if he succeeds in undermining the PL with respect to Everton, the PL could be discredited more generally.Burnham mentioned us as well as Everton?
He would do, he’s an Everton fanAndy Burnham has weighed in now, claiming the PL are guilty of an abuse of process re: Everton, for, in layman's terms, moving the goalposts half way through the investigation.

Its.Yes, it’s got more than it’s fair share of cunts. Can’t argue with that mate.
The only time MS has got it badly wrong was when he thought we were guilty of the 2018 charges. He had better not that mistake again!Martin Samuel article in the Sunday Times today, it's pretty obvious what he thinks of Richard Masters and his co-conspirators at the PL:
What we are being asked to concede is that... Manchester City’s move from punchline to headline bringing with it some of the greatest football and footballers we have seen, plus the greatest manager, was without merit. The very thing that made the Premier League the best is being redrawn as its biggest failing.
It’s a standard they should all try to attain, but they prefer clicks. Prostitution. That's not just sports journalism. That's art. Hang it in The Louvre.
Got to love a man that corrects his own postsIts.
Exactly...that's why it's not happening...It is amazing that just a couple of people can decide to ruin a Multi Billion pound company. Seemingly only needing a certain amount of truth on the allegations too.
