I think they have to now - imagine what would happened if they dropped everything. Even and independent commission not guilty finding could be framed by the PL as doing their job. I do wonder what the delay is though, given what Masters said before parliament

I thought the penalties were going to be more severe if a club had already been penalised previously.

It really doesn't make any sense, 2nd offence with a bigger % breach 1/5th original punishment. Literally making shit up as they go along.

They've got fuck all of substance against us, so they're shitting it because of the expected backlash from the "Whatabout City" Crew.
