Stelling was only repeating what one of the other callers said about "buying time" before the Rules change - although it is surprising he felt that deserved to be repeated given how stupid an argument it is.

More annoying was when the Rag said we had no history and there was no challenge from Stelling at all when he should and probably does know better. It also irritates me that so much is made about our one season in Div 2 as though this is where we spent most of our time pre-takeover. It was one season out of 130 years in our history, 9 years before the takeover and we spent most of that period back in the PL.
