PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

That is an excellent point. Jordan shifting the narrative and framing future arguments in the event City are cleared - which given the aggressive way he went in on this means he thinks this is the likeliest outcome.

These TS chats by Stefan with White and Jordan have been informative and I think productive from a City perspective.
I credit Stefan with changing their narrative.

I have read the FAQ and every post on this thread and your Twitter offerings since you started going on Talksport.

I know you're not on there to defend City you're on there to self promote.

The reason I thought you might defend City is that I thought you were a City fan.

When it came to discuss City on that show today, Jordan understood what was required of him (to stick the boot in) and he had you on toast.

As I now know you're not on to defend City, I'll pass next time you announce on Twitter and Bluemoon that "I'm on Talksport" today.
Why don't you try and get invited on there and defend the club then?

He was using this line of argument 2 mths ago.

I got the impression that was more about us delaying proceedings because of City’s army of lawyers - something beyond the reach of other PL clubs. This ‘delay’ was tantamount to guilt on our part otherwise we would be keen to have it resolved with our ‘insurmountable evidence’ etc.

Jordan today would not let it go and aggressively pursued the point that those with the deepest pockets always win. To me, that sounded like someone preparing the ground for the next stage of the fight. Equally, I may be reading too much into this.

In a previous post I acknowledged the difficulties he faced and suggested he be a bit more assertive.

It's not rude of a guest to insist on finishing an answer before addressing Jordan's lattest interruption.
Disagree. Stefan remaining unflustered by Jordan’s ranting is the best bit of it.
Jordan’s trying to get a reaction and Stefan is the perfect city fan to be there.

It sounded like he's starting to accept reality. The reality that Stefan has provided to him on several occasions which is that it's highly unlikely we will be found guilty.

Because Stefan thinks about his response before he speaks? Nothing wrong with that. But it's difficult when in dialogue with a shouting, ignorant gobshite who interrupts every ten seconds.
And White chipping in with more bollocks to let us know he's still in the room.
Fuck 'em both, a pair of clickbaiting arseholes.
Suprised Stefen keeps going on talksport! Like arguing with a woman, can't get a word in edgeways haha glad he does tho! Least he knows what he's talking about which helps us kfa's a bit haha ignore the haters @projectriver & keep it up, the rest of us are behind you ;-)

Agree. As Asimov put it, "My ignorance is just as good as your knowledge..'

Definitely in this instance, Jordan demonstrated the 'ignorance' (both with his lack of content as well as his boorish behaviour), while Stefan demonstrated the 'knowledge' Old Isaac was on about..

Well, I never thought I’d see Issac Asimov quoted on a football forum, but here we are.
