PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

Or,
That Hitler bloke was a gas man, give him his due!

Cromwell? Centuries on, is still a bad word, a curse in Ireland.

Seriously?

A well-respected Polish Jewish scientist, experienced broadcaster, poet and artist, working on his first ever, and only, trip to Auschwitz, a place to which he had previously decided as a matter of principle he would never go, without a script and talking personally and without vindictiveness about the stark difference between science and the scientific method and the causes of the holocaust which took the lives of many of his family, whilst walking ankle-deep into a pond which, as he said, probably contained the ashes of those relatives?

The bastard.

An interesting and informative read. Judging by the language and terminology used, you appear to have some expertise and experience of legal matters as they apply to large organisations and contractual issues in particular. While I'm not challenging your word, it would be helpful to know whether indeed that is the case if only to help reinforce the measured optimism throughout your comment with an assurance that you speak with some authority on such matters.
Yes to the former although i am not a legal advocate or solicitor.
My optimism comes from affirmations of my opinion from Stefan Borson, who is a legal professional and his comments on talksport, podcasts and his substack. (See below)
