As the world watches the premier league is effectively kicking its own head in, whatever the outcome this basket case of a league looks as corrupt as the Italian league day by day.

We can't stop it happening all we can do is look in wonder as the Ratners moment sweeps over the league fuelled by jealousy and small minded agendas.

Surely an experienced legal professional would bring a bottle of spirits in a brown bag or at least help themselves to photocopier fluid in such a situation?
 
It simply isn't a reasonable position that we explained to CAS why we stopped cooperation with UEFA, yet offered no defence to the PL tribunal. I could well imagine that we offered nothing more than clear evidence of leaks from the case, or simply explained that we provided what was asked for in the rules present at the time.

It's quite clever of Harris, really. Tone down the more ridiculous anti-City stuff on his main account so he can maintain a degree of professional integrity, and he hopes a career, after the judgment comes out, and set up an alter ego for the clicks to keep revenue coming in in the meantime.

At least, I hope so for his family. Because that would mean he isn't a complete fruitcake.

As for Arteta's Red Army, that's hilarious. Await more from him.

The UEFA investigation and charge stuff was leaked throughout, I can't remember that being the case when it was actually at CAS but you may be right?

Regardless, this has been a much more private affair in terms of the actual hearing, left to fans to speculate mainly. No news isn't a positive (or a negative) for any side, we're only 3 weeks into a potential 10-12 week hearing or so.

Magic twat totally distorts and twists the CAS evidence. For example both sides accepted the emails were authentic (apart from the one which was two mails spliced together). He claims this means both sides accepted the emails implied some sort of wrongdoing. This is total bollocks.
 
So the magic hat video, have I listened correctly that he is stating that we did not provide UEFA with the evidence for our defence but UEFA were confident to just run with the stolen emails?

Here is me thinking all along that the 'no evidence' from CAS report was that UEFA had nothing to support the email claims.
I always thought that the accuser had to prove the allegations. How wrong was I.

So magic hat is suggesting that anyone can point the finger at anyone and do little more than that!

Its what trying to compete with us does to fan bases. It destroyed liverpools fan base and turned them even worse than what they were. Its doing exactly the same to arsenal fans. They simply can't cope with the ongoing pressure going toe to toe with City brings - especially when you add into that they so far always come out second best.

Indeed. One look at RAWK, and the Manchester City thread title, will tell you that we have broken them. Of course, they are currently touring 'TOTL', as they often have, but that thread is a snakepit of lies, excuses, and venom, shrouded in how insignificant we are, and how they are absolutely not bothered by our success. Arsenal are heading down the same route because it is the hope that kills you, especially when you began supporting your team during the times of success that are no more.
