PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

Interesting. Another pointer as to have all this shit is seen abroad (mostly). This is the president of Sporting on Viana coming to us. Not a hint or mention of any impropriety or cheating.

He’s going to one of the most powerful clubs in the world. Something that has never happened in Portugal, a Portuguese manager going to the highest of the highs, and that’s to his credit, but it’s also very much to the credit of how Sporting is seen abroad today. And here in Portugal we often focus too much on the drama, on that soap opera, but abroad, the organised clubs, the winning clubs, look and see a club that has reinvented itself, they see a club that makes a financial profit and they see a club that wins titles and that values its assets. So, obviously, this is the level of excellence at which Sporting is seen abroad. And for us, Sporting, it is very important that Hugo Viana is successful at Manchester City. Very important because that is what we want, to be seen abroad in this way.”

Says a lot about Moureen to the Chavs. :-)

Looks like the PL is taking some ambiguous / contestable messages at face value . Nothing to see here . I guess one costly court case is enough . Might explain why Newcastle have been keeping quiet during the APT stuff ?

Might also be relevant in our defence of the accusations ; witness statements are given more weight than texts / emails both in this latest story and in the APT tribunal ..?

The last sentence shows the thick fuckers didn’t realise the impact of the APT case.

As has been said many times, City play on the world stage. The British press/media aren't relevant to City. The press/media can say the most outlandish things in the hope someone is listening. They market is getting smaller and smaller, once the cartel is broken so are the British press/media.
Just take the pathetic out cry of City's perfect winner on Sunday, yet when arsenal do it using two or three players it's great use of the dark arts lol and eddy should be stronger.

Hang on how can the pl charge one club with doctored emails but not charge another club over REAL text messages ?

"Leaked WhatsApp messages from the former Newcastle minority co-owner Amanda Staveley obtained by the Telegraph", anyone seen how they "obtained" these Whatsapp messages?

Sense at last from the PL instead of wasting more "good" money.
