Anyone considered reporting ole Magic twat/Prick Harris for distributing hacked material? (An offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990).
Hopefully it'll be the Premier League doing the appealing ;)
Good intel, thanks.Indeed so. :) Not impossible that both could appeal, though. If City prevailed almost across the board but went down on non-cooperation along with one or two other minor matters and had a hefty fine imposed but no sporting sanction, I'd be delighted with that outcome.
However, I wouldn't be altogether surprised if the stakeholders in Abu Dhabi pushed the club to challenge the adverse part of the verdict. And the PL would be highly likely in the same scenario to challenge the verdict in other areas, if not all of them then at least in relation to those matters regarding which they regard their evidence as being relatively strong.
Good intel, thanks.
Maybe the thread should be frozen for a Christmas break for all posters well-being!
No need. Ive already reported him as being a **** under s1.15 of The Prevention of Cunting Act (2023). Currently awaiting a response from OFFCUNT (no doubt they"re all WFH).Anyone considered reporting ole Magic twat/Prick Harris for distributing hacked material? Absolutely - I would still be crawling around other sites (not as informative as this one) to get any scraps of informationGet away. Painful as this thread is, it's more exciting than the football at the moment :)
Tolmie tweeted on 1st November that he had heard unconfirmed reports the Tribunal was over.But...but....there were tweets saying it had finished early and it was all good for us.
If true that the hearing is paused and that it will finish some time in December then I'm changing my prediction of the judgement being released in March to until after the season finishes.
That would be fucking amazing the way things are going :)
