I’m sure the PL have had it in for us. To start with it may have been pressure from the reds but a serial winner of the league is not at all good for the PL as a business. The last thing they want is a Serie A or Bundesliege with the same club winning it every year.I used to think that the PL wanted none of this and were being pushed to do this by the red cartel. Now I’m thinking the PL are out to get us and most PL clubs are sick of it.
Somewhat ironic that their fears may have been unfounded this season!

It may just be they are particular about who the winners are, and what background their owners are from?

Fact is, City have won it on the last day of the season 4 times, with the Aguero moment propelling the PL to a whole different level.
I’d suggest it’s more worrying if it gets won by 10+ points but, as I know you know, if Liverpool do that this season, which is highly possible, they’ll be ‘the greatest team in the history of the PL’ by June……..
