PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

I see they have agreed to stop looking to penalise Everton going forward.

Seems to me they are clearing all clubs and getting ready to change the PSR again

EPL must be coming under pressure from the rags , especially as City are splashing the cash

There are loads of articles in the press on the same theme, i.e. that the Haaland signing is clear indication from City that they won’t get badly punished for the 115 charges. Is that not liable, assuming that we are guilty or are going to be found guilty? Surely it’s a clear indication that Manchester City are confident of a successful outcome of the 115 case not that the punishment won’t be too bad.

Good point.

American owners?

Lb is doing a live stream on youtube at 5 labeled are we getting a transfer ban??
Hope this is not the case
off all the excitement happening in transfer window you could only think of a fucking ban ?
Why not maybe he’s streaming to announce 5 brand new signings
ffs get a fucking grip ( it’s means to hold your cock hard and squeeze )

TalkSPORT are a fucking disgrace.

Some complete non-entity talking about what if city aren’t demoted and it turns into a settlement and a fine.
Not even entertaining the idea that we could be innocent and cleared.
Probably the bitter southern fat rag Alex Crooks. He makes Kueensberg look reasonably fair on BBC in comparison.

That would be the logical conclusion of these conspiracy theories. First we bribed the Judges at CAS, then we bribed all our Senior Execs , sponsors, and Auditors. Then we bribed the PL's indpendent panel of Judges. So we have bribed hundreds of people. Why didn't we just bribe Ceferin and Richard Masters and his pals? It would have saved us a lot of time and money.
It’s amazing that the club can be run by such powerful, influential and prestigious businessmen, and yet they allow the bribery and corruption department to get so slipshod in their work we end up in this situation.
Heads must roll!!

Think people need to dial back their expectations on what this will play out like even if the club are cleared of everything. No, that dickhead down the pub won't eat their words, teenage Liverpool fans from New York will still call us cheats on X, Simon Jordon will bluster his way through Talksport implying that maybe we got away with it. The club won't unleash hell on our rivals.

What it will mean, however, is that we are here to stay. We will in another PL in the next three years. We will another CL in the next decade. Those will be the victories.
