I think they may even struggle with non-co-operation. The APT case shows that the PL has been dragging its feet as much (if not more) than us. It is very different to the EUFA case where we went public and simply refused to co-operate. Even then the CAS judges reduced the proposed fine.I think the non-cooperation charge is unavoidable even if the charges are completely unfounded
