PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

Everything that happens is concrete evidence of our guilt.
No doubt the announcement of our innocence will be the biggest indication yet that we are guilty!
That would be the logical conclusion of these conspiracy theories. First we bribed the Judges at CAS, then we bribed all our Senior Execs , sponsors, and Auditors. Then we bribed the PL's indpendent panel of Judges. So we have bribed hundreds of people. Why didn't we just bribe Ceferin and Richard Masters and his pals? It would have saved us a lot of time and money.

We couldn’t bribe Masters tbf, the rags and dips got in first.

I think the non-cooperation charge is unavoidable even if the charges are completely unfounded
I think they may even struggle with non-co-operation. The APT case shows that the PL has been dragging its feet as much (if not more) than us. It is very different to the EUFA case where we went public and simply refused to co-operate. Even then the CAS judges reduced the proposed fine.

I am hoping the club view it differently this time. Non cooperation with charges that are corrupt might well be something we decide to fight this time, once bitten and all that
It'll be just cause and reason and all that jargon bollocks to justify the case so non-cooperation will be black and white I reckon

I was going to make the argument that I haven't heard many Americans(doesn't Magic Hat claim that?) use that term but I suppose it doesn't prove it's Nick, even if it does come from the British slang term "Donkeys Years".
Yonks is not a modern term so I think it dates him to someone aged 50 to 65. It was a common phrase in the 70s when I was growing up.

Wonder will we hear anything about the new etihad deal? Txiki/Hugo have already spent it on new players and Haaland’s contract.

if we get done with points deduction or worse here that will be a big surprise after recent events.

but at the same time PL wants at least some little charges to stand even if it ends up in cash penalty of 5-10-20m so they can save some face and media can jump on it like the clear proof of our "cheating".

The premier league can want whatever they like, they aren’t the ones deciding

If it’s a truly independent panel what the PL wants is irrelevant

That's true but the internet has changed the language of everyone and not just USA<> UK, especially those who spend a lot of time on social media. Nobody on either side of the fence can say for sure whether Magic Hat is Nick's sock account or not. I understand that much. That said, I'm going to continue calling him Nick because even if it isn't him, he's so like him it's uncanny.
