Any **** that goes for a job interview and agrees to be spit roasted by Joel Glazer & John Henry deserves nothing but the distain they will inevitably find. Any credibility the premier leagues executive had after the rejections was blown away by saying yeah it's ok for 2 cunts to vet a future ceo because no one with integrity wants the job.

It’s not even really about the money if they currently have so few viewers. They will be trying to build an audience so that the social media algorithm feeds them viewers. They’ll probably compare this content to everything else they’ve churned out. If they see it’s outperformed everything else in terms of viewers, they will see it as justification to put more of this bile out there, but turn the scandal dial up. The 0.00115p they earn for each click isn’t important it’s the oxygen you’re giving these trolls. If no one watches and comments on this shit then it has no impact.

I would characterise it thus:
Yewnited have millions of fans all round the world for historical reasons, but City have the influence. Young players want to join City and play for Pep. Who is craving to play for Stretford? World coaches watch City to see how they could improve their team, nobody takes the slightest notice of the failing rags.
We are a watchword for excellence, the rags are noted for their debt. City have developed a campus of which many teams are jealous, the reds have a stadium which is notoriously crumbling. And so on ad infinitum.
