PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

my pitch was glued to a piece of hardboard that sat on top of my mini snooker table.
no sore knees.
I too did this. ( didn’t have a mini snooker table though)
The board became warped.
Hindsight is indeed a wonderful thing, I could have renamed my City team Yeovil and won every game instead of having to go round to my mates all the time.
My City were as bad away as the real one was at the time!

Robertson's jam factory was in Droylsden.

Something that I was very proud of being a Droylsden lad, especially when I moved to London in the late 80s.

I took great delight in spreading my Robertson's jam on my morning toast, knowing where it originated from.
My grandad was one of the fruit sourcing managers for Robertsons in the 50s-70s.

We had loads of Gollyw*g crockery in our house growing up.

It seems to have disappeared now though for some reason…

My old fella was a chartered accountant and he always told he when employing subcontractors you need to do two things to prove they're not employees: 1) make sure they're doing the same type of work for someone else and 2) make sure they have the right of substitution ie they can send someone else of comparable skill/ability/clout to do the job. If you don't do this you run the risk of them being classed as employees which is fair enough.

The bottom line is, these guys all earn a fortune, they're grown men and can pay a tax advisor or accountant to tell them what their sitiatiom and liability is.

In short, it's his own stupid bloody fault if he gets done.
He's an ex-Liverpool player, it could never be his fault.

Trouble is the no evidence language is different from a not guilty. So we are still cheats but there was no evidence. So then how are we cheats? Well there is no way we could be better than united or eant more than Liverpool unless we were cheats. Everyone knows it
It's not a criminal case so we will never be "guilty or not guilty" no matter how much the media try to spin it. The tone of the Judges' statement will be important. In the CAS case it was pretty damning about UEFA.

Cas was time barred and we got fined £20m. All the evidence you need right there

It’s pretty horrible isn’t it. Once again the impact on the fans has been totally overlooked in all this.

If successful and there is a shred of the judgement that indicates this whole exercise has been nothing more than an exercise in reputational damage there should be a class action lawsuit against the prem for emotional distress [emoji3] Bankrupt the fuckers
Seriously! My mental health has tanked the last couple years.

what gets me is they say we only got off because it was time barred surely that just makes uefa look bad why bring charges if they all gonna be time barred carragher should think of that before opening his mouth

We had that set of crockery too.

My sister had a Gollyw*g cuddly toy if memory serves.

I liked the badge.

I really hope we get exonerated from this fiasco.

I've got a couple of cracking retorts to give the rags and dippers at work when they say we bought or bribed the members of the panel.
