PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

The Hinds Head in Heaton Chapel doesn’t do better food, alas, but does have the kudos of having hosted a Bowie gig in 1970. My mum and dad were always at that bloody club
The Hinds Head has been built on land that was once occupied by a club called the Poco a Poco. That was where Bowie played his gig.

Genesis's third gig was in Cheadle Hulme
Ok, so 1967 formed, I was born in 69 in CH, but even in my little youth, I can’t think of any places that would host a band in CH - maybe the Royal British legion, or a place on Mellor road (now gone), that I remember having music.
Or was it a pub? Which.

Am I missing 5200 pages?

What's ridiculous is that I actually have already read that thread.
Is this what mid-fifties feels like?

Bowie really did a lot of drugs!!

My first-ever gig was Bowie at Maine Road, I must have been about 11 or 12.

Glass Spider tour with Alyson Moyet and Terence Trent-Derby on support.

Cool as fuck.
I went to see him on that tour at Roker Park. My cousin was supposed to be on 1st with the band he was in at the time, The Screaming Blue Mesiahs. However, due to the weather they were cancelled.
Big Country were main support. Absolute garbage. Did "in a big country " 3 times.
Then Bowie came on and shouted "hello Newcastle ".

Was supposed to go to the Maine Road 1990 Sound and Vision tour, supported by James. I know I didn’t go but I’ve got absolutely no idea why I didn’t go…
