PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

You are joking arent you they were feral scum then and are even worse now.
Been going since 76.Its the only place i have never let my daughter attend. She has been in the wrong end at Millwall when we were banned. We were sussed pretty early on never felt in any danger. Most of the aways in Div 2 we were in wrong ends and always felt quite safe.I aleayd relate a story about the ferals the game where slippy slipped my mates daughter who was 14 at the time was punched in the face so hard she had to have surgery. When my mates complained to the police who had witnessed the incident they were told thats what happens to Chelsea here they are and always have been scum.
I am so sorry to learn what happened to your daughter. I hope she has managed to get over the horror, although the memory and trauma will never go away. It puts into context what happened to me, and the near miss I had in 1981.xx

BTW for folks who reacted to my original post, I didn't stay with the Dipper bf. Great bloke at the time, but not for long term. My lovely hubby of many decades is a non league fan.

My earliest memory of football violence was being attacked as a child outside Lime Street.

They've always been like that.

I know we've gone off at a tangent whilst waiting for an outcome but I remember being stood on the Spion Kop in 69, we were 2-1 up with minutes to go and to be fair the Liverpool fans around me stood and clapped City, they said they were well and truly beaten. In typical City fashion we managed to lose it 3-2. They couldn't believe it, I could.
Not forgetting in them days scousers we're 6' 6" stevedores built like brick shithouses. Everton fans were similar but generally with broken noses. There was rumour a City fan got stabbed that night. Was that you? If so, contact Shaw Taylor.

I was there that night. Got chased by 3 Scousers, one with an axe. Feral scum and always will be.

Match report with the writer implying that Chelsea were far worse and Bob Paisley adamant that it might be fans from another club.
Match of the Day that night were full of praise for the Liverpool fans, saying they pointed out the culprit.
The writer if that article was Patrick Barclay. The man who suggested Pep would tear up his contract when Mourinho joined United. Barclay later wrote a biography of Sore Alex. Fair to say, he wss an inveterate arselicker.

I was at that game in the Kop where I always went because the Anfield Road was deadly. The TV coverage said the Liverpool fans helped pick out the culprit. But the ones near me were mostly laughing. Just another media myth.
