PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

Suggesting some comedian to City whose act is making snide digs at the club to work with is another sorry example of how clueless the PL are. Add to that running an illegal rule book for over 3 years, not being able to correctly list charges when they are made public then briefing the press about them before City actually knew.

I bet their legal team were loving it when they came out with this bullshit list of charges, they knew they could make a shit ton of money by agreeing that the PL had a case. Here we are now nearly 8 years after the der Spiegal articles were written, 5 years after CAS threw out Uefa’s case against the club which evidence they had were some A4 pieces of paper with illegally obtained emails were printed on. Masters is sat on tv complaining that there are too many charges. Looks like the Premier League needs a new legal team as they have rinsed them of money pushing this case and left them on the hook in the apt case by saying the rule book was legal when it looks like they will be paying damages to City by the time the Christmas trees go up.

"If we win the case they'll say we paid (cheated) the panel off.

If we lose they'll say we cheated and I told you so."

You can flip those the other way for City fans. The majority of City fans have already made their minds up that we're completely innocent. The reality is there isn't enough evidence in the public domain for anyone on either side to be sure.
Opposing fans didn't need the media to help them decide, they would have taken anything as to why are achievements aren't valid.
Surely the CAS decision holds a lot of sway for City fans?

Though this is true, I imagine that the clubs puppeteering the whole clown-show are quite willing to invest the money to curtail City's progress. In theory, though the case result is not yet known, the damage they wished to inflict has been achieved. This is only the battle though. We are winning the war, and final annihilation will soon be upon us; I can see their white flag in Master's sweaty palm.

Anybody seen Stefan’s posts on Twitter about rule changes ?

Interesting some additional unexpected big stuff could have happened at the hearing

Shows how fucked these are and how thick they were not to do this before they got bummed by PSR last time.

Are these “sales” (basically, to themselves) subject to our friend “fair market value” or can they just make a figure (that sees them right PSR wise) up?

City's ladies have to be the most valuable ladies team as no other ladies team have a statium

For sure and that is known evidence in the public domain. But Cty fans were claiming that the only reason charges were brought and then upheld by UEFA was because they were corrupt, that was long before CAS got involved let alone issued their judgement.
