I fully expect panel will release a 6000 pages long decision which will be full of errors, mistakes, legal holes despite the ages they spent on it. and then decision will be made to restart the whole hearing hahahaha.

Choc full of ‘if’, ‘a leading figure’, ‘a club spokesman’.
He also manages to put the phrase city are “confident” with the inverted commas prevalent.

Of course, it actually said “confidant” in the article although that may have been subsequently edited, to try to make him not appear thicker than normal…
