PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

So let me get this straight. City are now dragging out the outcome of the hearing so as to keep it going longer so that all the PL clubs run out of money?
It’s a good idea, but in reality it takes us closer to the Super League.
The Premier League as an entity going bust, and the new replacement organisation will be the super league.

The football chess playing owners have already successfully replaced the legacy fan in a lot of cases and they could probably do what they want without much of a fightback. Even some of the season ticket holders on here were of the "Fuck you" attitude regarding fans left out in the cold because of 3rd party companies flogging tickets abroad.

There are rumours that Jackson at Chelsea might go for as much as £80 million quid, let that sink in?

The sport/business is disappearing up its own arse in quick time.

Ziegler complaining how much the PL are paying in legal costs

These cunts knew this would cost a right lot of money when they decided to kick off over it, so they can fuck off with their whinging.

“New Premier League rules state that anyone sitting on an arbitration panel must confirm they are able to devote sufficient time, diligence and industry to ensure the expeditious and efficient conduct of the arbitration and avoid costly delays”.

Are the PL genuinely suggesting they never thought to check this with panel members prior to them taking the role?

What a massive shitshow.

My heart bleeds for them mate.

Just the domestic portion of TV rights brings in 6.7 billion quid every 4 years, they should cut their excessive cloth suck it up and pay the piper.

I imagine the deal was some sort of fine and some sporting sanction which the club the Premier League in no certain terms to fuck off and let someone independent look at the evidence.

They have been that naive in how they run things they have left themselves open to a double pincer attack from the club. The APT case has exposed how incompetent they are running an illegal rule book for over 3 years and allowing other clubs to gain an advantage from that with interest free director loans. The next instalment of that takes place in a few weeks time where it looks like they will be on the hook for compensation.

On what has been established in how the PL works with its vested interests in helping certain clubs and stopping others. The 115 charges is not going to end well for them, out of pocket on legal fees, lots of angry clubs wondering why the money they get from the PL as stakeholders is less than it previously was and then ultimately being exposed for the not fit for purpose organisation they are. It’s shit having to wait for all this but when the 115 findings come out the earthquake it will cause will be biblical.
The CNUTS need to pay for our next 10 transfer windows, then we will talk about the reputational damage, then work our way up to being friendly 10 years after bleeding them dry, with a mind on a final kick in the nuts and a stomp on the head! NO FUCKING MERCY!

And just to speed this process up the red shirts are spending like it's going out of fashion.
There must be a trophy on offer for the winners of the 'we're skint before you' competition

Compare that to the NFL’s domestic broadcast that brings in $11bn every year.

covid proved they didnt need locals not spending there just inconvenience

The pl thought City would just lay down and take it. Well the pl were fucking wrong and now all pl clubs will be out of income because of the red cartel.
It amazes me how other clubs have allowed the red cartel to screw them over. Remember Newcastle voted in favour of these rules now these rules are now screwing them !

I am hoping the reasoning will explain the PL's thought process for the action they have taken. It would be fascinating to read.
