Most of this future expense could be easily eliminated if the PL had all rule changes including new ones validated as completely legal by their own expensive legal team.Ziegler complaining how much the PL are paying in legal costs

Now imagine writing an article without explaining that the winner may get a substantial portion of their costs paid by the other side. Or that once the premier league charges City with 130 offences, lobbied by those now crying, there was no other outcome. Or that bringing in rules that are unlawful, unfair & unreasonable & still doing it after being told for free & the outcome if they proceed.
It appears these amateurs are aware how this is playing out, very long & very costly, to those clubs.
