PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

i once had a rather fetching welsh girlfriend called emmaline.
i nicknamed her ebullire because she was very hot.
ebullire being the latin word for boil, bubble or gush forth,
and from which the word ebullient derives.
This post reminded me of the TV programme Call my Bluff.

Ziegler complaining how much the PL are paying in legal costs

Most of this future expense could be easily eliminated if the PL had all rule changes including new ones validated as completely legal by their own expensive legal team.

If no legal validation at vote time those clubs voting "for" know they risk a legal challenge and costs.

Thought it was only big bad city that had expensive lawyers - PL had a duty solicitor and legal aid

Now imagine writing an article without explaining that the winner may get a substantial portion of their costs paid by the other side. Or that once the premier league charges City with 130 offences, lobbied by those now crying, there was no other outcome. Or that bringing in rules that are unlawful, unfair & unreasonable & still doing it after being told for free & the outcome if they proceed.

It appears these amateurs are aware how this is playing out, very long & very costly, to those clubs.

id never of guessed he'd have inside story
Nothing inside about it, just nosed a well-used cuts job around Levy's latest comments.

He really is a charlatan who needs to keep the pot boiling, just to maintain what little reputation he has for getting a steer from the Premier League disgruntled when it's the last knockings.

Mike Keegan has beaten him to every verdict over the last 12 months.

He who chooses to fight, must first count the cost.
