@slbsn has regularly made the assumption that 115/130 and APT aren’t directly linked but maybe we need the outcome of APT2 to be decided before some aspects of 115 can be fully resolved.

In his defence every couple of days or weekly I click on the last page to see if there is even a glimmer of something or anything new that might give hope that the fucking thing will be resolved. Let's face it though its beyond ridiculous now the time it's taking.
